Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE:  When checking out your purchase, please select your preferred method of shipment before finalizing your order.  Your order will be shipped by the option you have selected.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES : On all international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all importation, duties, taxes, or any other governmental tariffs imposed by the country to which our package is shipped.

Returns are accepted with prior approval via email authorization within 14 days of original shipment date. Returns without prior email authorization for the return will not be accepted.  When authorized returns are received in the same condition as when they were shipped, a full credit refund (less shipping costs) will be processed to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. No cash refunds will be made - only credits back to the customer's credit card account.
